The Deputy City Clerk assists the City Manager implementing the policies and objectives established by the City Commission and ensures that city services are provided in the most efficient, effective, and fiscally responsible manner possible.
The City of Trenton maintains archives of all public records in the spirit of Government in the Sunshine, and according to State statutes and Florida law. The Office of the Deputy City Clerk is responsible for the collection, maintenance and archiving of these records.
